Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the detailing services provided by Soapy Joes Mobile Car Detailing (“we”, “us”). By booking an appointment, you agree to the following.
Bookings & scheduling
Appointments are confirmed once we contact you. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, and will notify you as early as possible at no charge.
Access requirements
We are fully self-contained but require safe, legal access to park and work on your vehicle at the agreed location.
Pricing & payment
Prices reflect the package selected at the time of booking. Heavily soiled vehicles or additional requested services may affect final pricing, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied, let us know before we leave and we will correct it. Concerns reported within 48 hours will be addressed promptly.
Liability
We take great care with every vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, or for personal items left in the vehicle.
