Everything you need to know before you book.
How long does a detail take?
Standard runs about 2 hours, Premium 3–4 hours, and Elite 5–6 hours. We block enough time on the calendar so we never rush — you get the full job done in one visit.
Do you need access to water or power?
No. Our van is fully self-contained with its own water tank and generator. All we need is a parking spot — driveway, condo lot, or street.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather looks bad we'll reach out the day before to reschedule at no charge. Light drizzle is usually fine since most of the work is interior or under shelter.
Where do you service?
We currently exclusively serve Oakville. If you're just outside town, send us a note in your booking and we'll let you know if we can still come out.
How far in advance should I book?
Most weekday slots open up within a few days. Weekends fill faster, so book a week ahead if you can. There's no quote step — pick your package, pick a time, and we will confirm your booking with you ASAP.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us before we leave and we'll fix it on the spot. If something turns up later, message us within 48 hours and we'll come back out — that's the satisfaction guarantee.
